Fractional CFO for Occupational Therapy Practices

You built a practice around helping people.

Now you need the business side to make sense.

Money comes in. But how much of it is really yours?

You're not sure how much to set aside for taxes.

Or whether payroll is covered next month.

Your P&L report might as well be in another language.

And every big decision, from hiring to signing a lease, feels like a leap in the dark.

You shouldn't have to make those calls alone.

"Working with Dan and the team at Every Single Bean has been so helpful. Dan's guidance has been invaluable - from helping me correctly allocate revenue for taxes and payroll to teaching me how to read P&L reports. I also greatly appreciate his HR and attorney referrals, as well as his constant encouragement whenever I felt uneasy taking on bigger steps in my business. Dan's team kept my books organized, and I am deeply grateful for all of their support along the way!"

That's what we do.

We help you set money aside the right way.

We teach you to read your own numbers.

We connect you with people you can trust.

And we're in your corner when it's time to take the next step.

What we help you figure out

  • How much to set aside for taxes and payroll, every time money comes in
  • How to read your P&L, in plain English
  • What you can safely pay yourself
  • When you're ready for a bigger step, like hiring or expanding
  • Who to call for HR and legal help

How it works

1. Schedule a free numbers review. One call. We look at two or three of your real numbers together.

2. Work through your numbers with Dan. Monthly one-on-one CFO sessions, backed by a team that keeps your books clean and your Profit Plan running. Done-With-You CFO starts at $1,000 a month.

3. Make decisions with confidence. Pricing, hiring, owner pay and growth, decided with your numbers instead of your gut.

Without a plan, tax season becomes a surprise.

Big steps get put off.

And the practice stays smaller than it could be.

Picture this instead.

Know what's yours to keep.

Read your own numbers.

Take the next step in your business, with someone in your corner.

Questions

Do you work with practices that take insurance?

Yes. Most therapists we work with are hybrid: they take one or two insurance companies and do private pay for the rest. That's normal. Insurance pays slower and less predictably, so we plan your cash around both.

How is this different from my bookkeeper?

A bookkeeper records what happened. A CFO helps you decide what happens next.

Do you work with my CPA?

Yes. We work alongside any CPA. If you don't have one, we can refer you to someone we trust.
