We want you to feel good about working with us. Here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work, in plain English.

$97 Profit Leak Audit

If you change your mind before you send us your numbers, just ask and we'll refund your $97 in full.

Once we've delivered your Audit, it isn't refundable. But if you're unhappy with it, tell us. We'll make it right.

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as work hasn't started.

After 7 days, or once work has started, the Profit Plan isn't refundable.

This includes Done-With-You CFO and monthly bookkeeping.

You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Just email us.

We don't refund months we've already worked.

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.
